Mafuta 4x4 Botswana Adventures is owned by Louwrens Rich. Louwrens, a born local, started his ventures in 2001 and is a licensed tour operator in Botswana.

Since he first ventured into the Tuli block he has extended his wings to areas like Chobe, Moremi, Makgadigadi Pans, Maun and Okavango Delta.

Louwrens speaks the local Setswana language fluently and is very well known in his area for recognising the potential of his country and wanting to give back to it in a manner that he knows will benefit locals. Attracting people to Botswana he has created a platform where tourists and locals can meet up, always to the benefit of both.

Louwrens is a tour operator that places great emphasis on service to his clients and takes them off the beaten tracks in Botswana.

With him you will not just do the tourist thing but really get to know his country and it’s people.
